As a consultant:in / developer:in the MS Power Platform area, you are responsible for the development and implementation of customized solutions based on the MS Power Platform to automate and optimize business processes. To meet the requirements, the technical implementation of the solutions and the implementation of tests and adjustments to ensure functionality and efficiency, you work closely with the specialist areas. To identify automation potentials and efficiency increases, you analyze existing business processes. To do this, you develop creative approaches to reducing manual activities and continuously monitor the implemented solutions to identify possible optimization options. You can independently advise the areas of expertise in the introduction and use of the MS Power Platform. In addition, you will carry out training and workshops to extend the knowledge and skills of the employees. The maintenance and production of technical documentation for the developed solutions are also part of your task. To implement integrations between the MS Power Platform and other systems, you work closely with the IT team. This involves developing interfaces and ensuring a seamless data flow between the systems. You monitor and optimize the performance of developed solutions and accompany the target image of hyperautomation. You will continuously make improvements and make sure that the solutions run stable and efficient.

You bring a completed master's degree in Business Administration, Economic Engineering or Business Informatics or a comparable qualification. In implementing LowCode projects, you have many years of professional experience. In addition, you have already gained experience in the areas of project management, stakeholders:internal management and change management. You have know-how on methods and tools for process analysis and optimisation and monitoring. Also in MS Power Platform (Copilot Studio, Automate, Apps) you have deep knowledge. By means of your strong communication skills, you can handle different expectations and needs in an appreciation and solution-oriented manner. You bring a certain “consultant:internality” with you, and you understand that you accompany customers with empathy, expertise and strategic vision.
