Your tasks

• Setup and commissioning of CNC milling machines (Hermle)
• Inspection and series release and series testing
• In-process control and documentation of measurement results
• Installation, presetting and loading of cutting tools
• Construction and alignment of clamping devices and reception of zero points
• Introducing and optimizing NC programs
• Maintenance and daily maintenance of the machines as part of the TPM
• Installation, alignment and deburring of workpieces
• Operation and armor of the robot cell incl. Installation of production orders and handling parameters
• Use and booking in the BDE, MDE and ERP system

Your profile

• Complete vocational training for machining mechanic or industrial mechanic (gn), ideally focusing on milling
• Multi-year professional experience in the operation, installation and programming of multi-axis CNC milling machines
• Very good knowledge in handling Heidenhain controls, experience with Soflex of advantage
• Knowledge of reading and implementing technical drawings
• Safe handling of manual and computer-assisted measuring instruments and reading of measurement protocols
• Embossed quality awareness and precise, structured working
• High degree of flexibility and willingness to shift work (currently in two-shift operation)
• Analytical thinkability, rapid understanding and digital competence
• Teamability, self-responsibility and the ability to give and accept constructive feedback
