Dietary therapy: You create and implement individual dietary therapies as well as diet plans. You can update our diet and dietary catalogs Patient advice: In your role, you advise and provide care for patients with different diseases Dietary food planning: Take over planning as well as pre- and post-processing of dietary costs Teamwork: Together with interdisciplinary teams, you work on optimal nutrition solutions for our patients. You accompany and support our kitchen aids professionally and thus strengthen the entire team Documentation and hygiene: You also document your actions carefully and pay attention to compliance with the HACCP guidelines in the area of the diet. You also ensure that our diet products are always available in the best quality – Stock control and MHD monitoring Their task is divided into 50% kitchen work and 50% nutritional activities
