Engineer Project Management Construction (m/f/d)

You support our customers in project development, planning, tendering, awarding and contracting and project processing. When working in project management, you will implement projects together with our customers. You deal with contractual topics – both technical and commercial – and represent them within the meaning of our customers. You follow project objectives and take over different activities of project management (cost, time and risk management, as well as communication and coordination). You take these activities as part of project management support on the client side, project management on the contractor side, in the course of project control or in other situations commissioned by customers. The activity requires an independent and intensive involvement in the projects.

You are a civil engineer, architect, economic engineer, mechanical engineer, etc. You have as much experience as possible over at least three years of practical experience in some of the above-mentioned activities of project management and can thereby strengthen our existing team qualified. You have analytical thinking capacity, you have the pleasure of planning and controlling projects and have a technical understanding to identify logical dependencies. A recognised project management certification is advantageous, for example according to the standard of IPMA or PMI. You show argumentation strength, are communicative, team-capable and performs service-oriented in customer contact. Your action is characterized by high quality demands and flexibility. You support our customers both from our locations or from the Mobile Office and – depending on the project requirements – on site at their construction sites (approximately 2–3 days a week) and bring the mobility required for this. Knowledge of common Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, are assumed. In addition, you have first experiences with industry-standard software, for example with RIB iTWO or MS Project.
