AI Security Awareness & Culture Expert (m/f/d)

Use AI and Generative AI to create, locate and scale awareness content; build adaptive, personalized learning paths; to use AI-controlled nudging measures and security assistants; to create realistic AI-based simulations (including deep-fake demonstrations); and to promote the safe and responsible use of generic AI by employees Global Awareness programs on AI-driven cyber threats (progressive phishing, identity disappointment, deep-fakes, automated social engineering) design and execute as well as translate current threat information into clear, implementable action instructions and appealing learning formats for different target groups design and perform realistic phishing and social engineering simulations; develop roll-based awareness path for high-risk groups (leaders, finance, engineering); and promote correct behaviour under pressure and uncertainty Making security culture and awareness measurable – defining, pursuing and developing KPIs for human risks, behavior and commitment; Build dashboards and result-oriented reporting; and use data and AI analyses to derive targeted measures and demonstrate their effect Promote a business-wide “security-first” mentality; integrate safe behavior into daily decisions and business processes; and strengthen responsibility together with executives and HR work closely with CSOC, Threat Intelligence and Risk Management; align initiatives with real incidents and threat trends; and ensure consistency with Daimler Truck’s cybersecurity strategy and global awareness programs

Bachelor's or Master's degree in cybersecurity, information technology, computer science, data science, psychology, communication or a related subject – or a comparable practical experience Preferred certifications: SANS Security Awareness Professional (SSAP) or certifications in the field of instructional design; AI/data certifications (Microsoft, AWS, Google). Proven background in corporate communication, behavior change, employee commitment, learning conception or cybersecurity awareness programs is of great advantage Multiannual professional experience in the fields of cybersecurity, security awareness, human risk management, corporate communication, organizational development, learning & development or related disciplines Detectable experience in the design, implementation and scaling of awareness, training, communication or cultural initiatives in large and diverse organizations Experience in the definition, measurement and continuous further development of awareness, culture and human disk programs using KPIs and data-driven methods. Experience in translating complex cybersecurity, technology or AI-related topics into appealing, practice-oriented and target-group-specific content Experience in the use of AI and AI technologies for creating content, personalizing learning experiences, increasing employee engagement and scaling of awareness activities. Understanding modern cyber threats, attack techniques and human-centric attack vectors, including phishing, social engineering, theft of access data and business email compromise Practical experience with Generative AI tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot, GPT-based wizards) as well as Prompt Engineering for content creation, personalization and automation and with KI Video Generators (Synthesia) Knowledge of AI-based behaviour and risk analyses, principles of responsible AI use and the safe introduction of Generative AI technologies Knowledge of cybersecurity risks in enterprise IT, shopfloor (OT) and engineering environments and the ability to adapt awareness approaches to different target groups and risk profiles You're not bringing everything?
