Construction Calculator (m/f/d)

You are an experienced calibrator (w/m/d) and are looking for a new challenge in which your expertise is appreciated in building construction? We offer you the opportunity to actively participate in demanding projects in the Frankfurt region. You take over the calculation of turnkey construction projects in the supply and execution phase You examine tender documents for completeness, evaluate risks and opportunities and develop optimization proposals You plan construction site facilities and create appointment rights as well as precise offers including side offers and special suggestions Check and evaluate offers in close coordination with our project purchase During the construction design, you will bring your expertise to the post-order skalkulation

You have completed their studies in the field of civil engineering or architecture or comparable training Ideally, you have at least 5 years of professional experience in the costing of construction projects and experience in construction processing You have knowledge in building contract law (VOB and BGB) as well as in occupational safety and environmental regulations You have user knowledge of building-specific computer application, ideally iTWO and MS Project / Powerproject You convince by an independent and result-oriented procedure Analytical thinking, high commitment and entrepreneurial thinking and acting round off your profile You are happy to build and work in the team
