Your tasks:

Your responsibility

• Processing and systemic collection of customer orders Clarification of incomplete orders and support of sales channels Pflege and documentation of order values in company-specific systems Active support of pre/after-sales activities and monitoring the escalation process Speed of the sales information system and the CRM tool *Working with internal departments to ensure a smooth sales process
