Production management (m/f/d)

Responsibility production: You lead the production area with around 20 employees (cross-site) and ensure output, productivity and stable processes in shift operation. Organization & personnel deployment planning: You plan capacities and priorities and make clear decisions in the requirements of a shift operation. Safety, environment, quality: You ensure compliance with existing health, safety, environmental and quality standards and consistently anchor them in everyday life. Optimize processes: You drive forward continuous improvements, secure standards and control the area with necessary hands-on mentality. Projects & Troubleshooting: You implement projects, process tasks structured and develop the area sustainably. Interfaces & Reporting: Close cooperation with technical management/management and adjacent areas; transparent reporting.

Multiannual leadership experience in the production environment – ideally in the raw material sector or in adjacent industries (processing, disposal, recycling), like in shift operation. Qualification: Master/Technist or technical studies. Safe control of operational processes: production processes, key figures, capacity management. Personality: hands-on, present, binding and integrating – with empathy, assertiveness, persuasiveness and clean prioritization. English language skills are helpful.

Responsible leadership role in the steelworks environment with high operational relevance. Short decision paths and the possibility to actively develop structures and standards.
