We are looking for full time Projektmanager (m/w/d) in Wiesbaden with use in Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler.

What tasks do you have? Control and coordination of project execution in the performance phase 8 (object monitoring / construction monitoring) and performance phase 9 (project completion) according to HOAI

Support of the client in the timing, cost and quality control during execution

Interface coordination between specialist planners, construction management, users and exporting companies

Subsequent management, auditing and documentation of project progress

Participation in acceptance, defect tracking and commissioning planning

Preparation and implementation of construction meetings and reporting to the client

What are you doing? Completed studies in civil engineering, architecture or comparable qualification

Multiannual experience in construction or project management (in particular in the execution phase)

Safe handling of the regulations of VOB, HOAI and relevant technical standards

Embossed communication and coordination capability

Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation

Standing for regular presence in Bad Neuenahr (min. 3 days/week) and work in the office in Wiesbaden
