Your role as Project Manager (m/w/d) Fighting Systems is the design and definition of innovative, functional and technologically advanced vehicle concepts for military land systems A focus of your activity is the overall responsibility for the planning, coordination and implementation of concept development projects from idea discovery to implementation The organisation and coordination of an interdisciplinary team of internal and external experts as well as the close cooperation with internal steakeholders is one of your daily tasks They independently monitor the development of prototype and test vehicles in close cooperation with the teams Regularly take appointments at our customers or other locations Lastly, ensuring complete and precise documentation includes all design and development steps for your working day They independently monitor the development of protype and test vehicles in close cooperation with the teams and ensure that the requirements regarding performance, protection and mobility are met On-site appointments with our customers or other locations Lastly, ensuring complete or precise documentation of all design and development steps belongs to your working day

You have a successfully completed degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a comparable qualification and have several years of professional experience as project manager (m/w/d) For your activity, you will bring 5 years of professional experience in internal and national project management You also have very good MS Offic knowledge Interdisciplinary cooperation with internal and external steakeholders is part of your everyday work Their mode of operation is characterized by pronounced team capacity, autonomy, communication strength and high technical affinity As part of your activity you will bring a national and international readiness to travel Ideally, you have experience in the military environment You have very good German and English skills
