Key Account Manager OEM & Tier-1 – Smart Glass / PDLC (m/f/d)

You bear the full responsibility for selected OEM and Tier 1 customers, including the management of sales, forecast and margins, as well as the implementation of price and contract negotiations You build long-term, resilient customer relationships at technical and commercial level and develop them strategically You control complex customer projects holistically – from the first offer phase to all milestones to the SOP and EOP You accompany intensive project phases directly on site and ensure first-class customer support through a readiness of about a week per quarter You identify new business potentials with a focus on innovations such as Smart Glass, PDLC and FPC and actively monitor global competition (Europe, Asia, North America) You act as a central interface and work closely with R&D, engineering, controlling and production departments to guarantee project success

You ideally have a successfully completed technical training or study in the field of industrial engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable qualification. You have several years of experience in the automotive environment (OEM or Tier‐1) and are characterized by a structured working method and very good analytical skills You have a very good communication capability and rhetorical skill You are sovereign in dealing with decision-makers:inside and technical opponents You have a high degree of initiative, work independently, are resilient and team-capable You are safe to negotiate and communicate in German and English, have knowledge of the current MS Office applications and willingness to travel is of course for you
