Operations Manager Logistics (m/f/d)

With our customer from contract logistics, you will lead a team of about 100 employees as Operations Manager and support their professional and personal development. You control layer operations in the warehouse, ensuring efficient processes, clear cost control and high quality standards in dialogue with the customer. You are organising and controlling the operational processes in the warehouse. You work closely with the location management and our customers You run your warehouse team professionally and disciplinefully. Together with the team lines, you plan and coordinate the personnel deployment. You strengthen your team through clear structures, good communication and targeted development offers You plan and monitor a timely, cost-conscious and high-quality logistics processing. You keep important Key figures in view and work to further improve our service performance You secure high standards in occupational safety and health protection and actively accompany internal and external audits You analyze processes, identify potentials and implement optimizations. Working closely with our internal departments

You have a completed logistical training, for example as a specialist in warehouse logistics. A further development to the logistics master or a comparable qualification is advantageous. You bring experience in leadership. Experiences from contract logistics support you in this task You trade service-oriented, communicate clearly and meet secure decisions. You work structured, independent and team-oriented and bring a practical approach. You use MS Office safely and have experience with ERP systems, ideally with SAP modules in the logistics environment You are ready to work in layers and on Saturdays.
