Design Coordinator Construction (m/f/d)

Control and coordination of all design- and planning-related aspects of construction projects from concept phase to execution planning Interface management between architecture, technical planning (TGA / MEP), structural planning and execution Ensuring compliance with all relevant German building regulations and regulations (including BauGB, HOAI, VOB, AHO) Coordination, testing and quality assurance of planning and execution documents Date and milestone management within the planning phases Optimization of costs, dates and quality through value engineering and life-cycle-oriented solutions (LCC) Integration and coordination of TGA/MEP planning taking into account efficiency, sustainability and technical feasibility Support of approval and approval processes and consultation with authorities Active stakeholder management and ensuring transparent, targeted communication Maintaining and ensuring data quality in project and documentation systems Participation in contract management and follow-up management and management of contract-relevant documents

Multiannual experience in design coordination, technical project management or project management of construction projects Very good understanding of construction processes and interdisciplinary planning Knowledge gained in German building law and in the regulations HOAI, VOB and AHO Experience in the coordination and integration of TGA/MEP plans Proven knowledge in value engineering and the development of economic, technical and sustainable solutions Experience with project documentation and approval and approval procedures Safe handling of digital planning tools (e.g. AutoCAD, Revit) Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), especially for data analysis and professional reports Finally you have very good German (Minimum C1) and very good English skills
