For our renowned customer in the field of personnel and wage accounting, we are now looking for reinforcement as a wage laborer (m/w/d) in the area of dampening.

Your tasks:

• Own implementation of wage and salary bills for a defined group of employees
• Care of personal master data
• Contact persons for employees in all questions relating to wage billing and social security
• Correspondence with social security institutions, financial offices and authorities
• compilation of statistics, evaluations and reports
• Support for financial and social security audits

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training, ideally with continuing training in the field of wage and salary accounting
• Professional experience in wage accounting or personnel accounting
• Foundation knowledge of pay tax and social security law
• Secure handling of billing software (e.g. DATEV, SAP HR) and MS Office (especially Excel)
• Careful, independent and solution-oriented operation
• High discretion and reliability as well as good communication skills
