Your tasks: Orders outstanding invoices

Analysis of payment inputs

Control of the weekly payment suggestion list

Processing of input and output invoices and uploading in DATEV

Accountant determination of monthly inventory values (crude material, semi-finished products, finished products)

Collection and verification of monthly working and missing times for the transfer to the external service provider for payment accounting

Your profile: Professional experience in the field mentioned above is required

Completed commercial training is advantageous, but no requirement

Knowledge in MS-Office and DATEV are beneficial

Availability Monday-Friday 4 hours each, 7:30-17:00
