Number: MER0003Y7I Are you interested in the development of innovative and technologically ground-breaking cars (power train) from the Mercedes-Benz and AMG brand both from hybrid and electric vehicles? Then you're right with us! actively shape the upcoming Mercedes Benz drives and become part of the future of the automobile. Our team is responsible for the software-side functional development and application of the transmission control and switching strategy. To meet this innovative work area, our team consists of engineers various technical studies. These challenges include: Compilation of vehicle measurements and experiments on development vehicles and their evaluation and processing, e.g. vehicle measurements in the climate wind tunnel

Development of Matlab-based in-house tools for analysis of measurements and error logs

Preparation and regular presentation of results

Support in project tasks with agile project tools: Jira/Confluence

Editing your own project within the internship

Support in the creation of project reports

Working in the daily business

The activity can begin from April 2026.

Course in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering or other Technical Studies

Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Advanced programming knowledge in Python and MATLAB

Knowledge of vehicle engineering / internal combustion engines / control technology, MS Office

Flexibility and willingness to learn and commitment and team spirit

driving licence class B
