React: No outbound and no cold acquisition – all customers have actively made a request at CHECK24 Listening: You advise CHECK24 customers by phone and in writing – demand-oriented, pre- and after conclusion of the contract Explain: Whether a car or a motorcycle – you provide competent information on motor vehicle topics Convince: With your service idea you recognize and take advantage of opportunities for individual insurance offers Help: You solve customer requests quickly and reliably and provide your data in our systems AI enthusiasts: You stand open to new technologies and enjoy working with AI-based tools and developing you with them

Experience: In addition to a commercial training (ideally in insurance) first experience in the telephone customer consultation is mandatory Customer Orientation: You bring patience and empathy for every concern and keep a cool head even with complex issues on the phone - the customer is clearly at the heart of you Service professional: You're wrong! You give others the feeling that you take care of their concerns sustainably and empathically Language genius: You master German in Word and Writing (min.
