Location: Wandsbek, Freie und Hansestadt Hamburg

Engineer (m/w/d) We are looking for machine operators (m/w/d) for CNC machines for our operation in and around Hamburg.

Requirements

• Complete technical training (e.g. machining mechanic, industrial mechanic) and several years of professional experience with CNC machines.
• Finded knowledge of CNC technology, cutting and CAD/CAM software, as well as ability to read technical drawings.
• High level of accuracy, independent operation, and analytical problem solving capability.
• Good communication and team skills as well as knowledge and compliance with safety regulations.

Tasks, competences and responsibility

Operation and programming:

• Adjust and customize the machine parameters as well as create and optimize CNC programs with CAD/CAM software.

• Quality control and monitoring:

• Monitoring the burning process and ensuring compliance with quality standards, checking the finished parts for dimensional accuracy and surface quality.

• Maintenance and maintenance:

• regular maintenance work and repair of malfunctions on the machine.

• Material handling and documentation:

• selection, preparation and correct storage of the materials as well as keeping records of workflows, production data and machine conditions.

• Teamwork and Security:

• Effective cooperation with colleagues, dissemination of information on process improvement and compliance with all relevant occupational safety and safety regulations.
