Accountant with a focus on financial accounting & fixed assets (m/f/d)

We are looking for an experienced accountant (m/w/d) at the next time to strengthen our financial area. In this position, you will ensure correct and timely financial accounting, maintain investment assets and support monthly and annual accounts as well as sales tax and audits.

Its tasks include in particular:

Accounting of current business incidents including Accounting, payment allocation and maintenance of debitors, creditors and property accounts Banking and tracking of recurring bookings Regular voting of the accounts and clarification of open items Maintenance of the plant directory and processing of inputs and outputs, as well as rebookings and debits Coordination of activated own resources and maintenance costs Depreciation of depreciation and installation level Preparation of revenue-related data and reports Provision of internal and external audit documents You work in a small, collegial team, in which mutual support and reliability are obvious

Completed commercial training or studies in the relevant field (e.g. business, financial or accounting) Professional experience in accounting, ideally with knowledge in asset accounting, turnover tax and monthly accounts Safe handling of MS Office, especially very good Excel skills Experience in handling ERP systems (knowledges in the proALPHA system are of advantage) Very good knowledge of German; English knowledge at the highest level is required for effective internal and external communication Structured, careful and detailed working with high number affinity Embossed organizational skills and a reliable and independent working Safe occurrence in dealing with internal and external contacts
