• independent consultation of the departments of our works in all the topics relevant to the regulations and labour law

• Creating operational arrangements and coordination of cross-themes including negotiation

• Checking projects, guidelines and changes with regard to co-determination stocks

• Preparation, documentation and, if necessary, Participation in collective bargaining and collective bargaining, close cooperation with various employers' associations

• Training of personnel, departments and executives on co-determination topics (including documentation)

• Participation in personnel projects of black production

• completed studies of economic or legal sciences

• Multiannual professional experience in the described area of responsibility or as a full lawyer

• deep knowledge of individual and collective labour law

• Experiences in negotiation and conflict management

• Structured, analytical and solution-oriented mode of operation

• very good German and good English skills
