The aim is to build and commission a PLC-based control and safety architecture that meets the requirements of the 2006/42/EC machine directive and relevant harmonised standards. Your tasks include: Conception and construction of a PLC control for monitoring a robot cell

Implementation of safety-related functions (e.g. emergency stop, protective doors, safe conditions)

Selection and integration of safety components (e.g. safety relays, safe input/outputs, light curtains)

Risk assessment support

Analysis and application of relevant standards

Documentation of the developed control and safety concepts

Cooperation with Mechanical, Software and Robotics Development
