Our tasks include the strategic development, planning and support of different construction measures with a high degree of technical and architectural complexity.

Your tasks include:

• Detection, procurement, construction management and depreciation of construction maintenance measures for motorway masters, office and residential buildings as well as special buildings
• Maintenance of the administrative properties of the branch and the offices
• Determining the maintenance requirements in technical and financial terms
• to provide information in the field of conservation management and to develop solutions with regard to structural procedures
• Determining personnel requirements for external specialist engineers
• Technical contact on the part of the branch for the specialist engineers used and the control of the delivery of services

You should bring this with you:

• completed studies in the field of architecture or civil engineering (Dipl.-Ing / Bachelor) or similar or acquired by professional experience, equivalent suitability
• relevant knowledge of construction
• Knowledge of VOB/A, VOB/B and HOAI
• very good German language skills in word and writing (min. level C1 by GeR/CEFR)
• Class B licence and readiness to travel

That would be desirable:

• Software knowledge iTWO
• Software Knowledge SAP
