You actively guide the store on the area – close to the team and directly to our customers (m/w/d). With energy and clarity, you can coach and motivate your sales team. Sales, budget and earnings You have a look at your branch and take full responsibility. Active sales and personal advice are your first priority – customer proximity is not a hit, but your claim. You will find practical solutions in challenging situations.

Sales is your passion – you love to inspire customers (m/w/d) and provide real service. You have experience in retailing, ideally in a consultancy-intensive environment. As a manager, you'll be able to answer, have an open ear for your team and keep an eye on key figures, goals and economics. With a well-maintained appearance and a secure sense of style and quality, you convince on the whole line. You work on your own, you think of a company and you know how to successfully manage a location according to economic criteria. Motivational strength, enforcement and positive radiation round off your profile.

More than fair: your annual salary is between € 50,000 and € 120,000, depending on your store size and performance. Performance is worthwhile with us.
