Project Manager in Product Development (m/f/d)

You control development cycles in a hybrid project setup and combine classic gate logic with agile operational implementation based on transparent data and decision bases You take over budget control and control in the current development cycle: monitor the flow of funds, anticipate progress reports early on in case of deviations You support product release planning and bring your view to time, budget and feasibility You work closely with business and tech teams and make sure that different skills work together synchronized You translate external requirements and roadmaps into internal processes and relieve the teams in coordination For transparent communication, you recognize target conflicts early and accompany decisions until handover into operation

Complete studies in the field of economics, technology, computer science or comparable qualifications Ready to travel at least once a month at our location to Halle (Saale) Professional experience in project management, preferably in the hybrid environment Experience in stakeholder management, ideally knowledge of the Sparkassen financial group, DSGV projects or comparable governance structures Basic understanding for product development processes, AI applications and digital products Embossed moderation and communication strength, structured and result-oriented moderation and proactive, transparent attitude in communication
