You install, configure and maintain hardware and software in cooperation with our specialist teams. You are analysing IT posts and lifting them – including communication with colleagues at our locations. You take on on-site support and enter the IT infrastructure at our multi-user locations in the region – connected with travel activities. You can classify, solve and document support cases. You set up jobs and introduce new users.

You bring professional experience in IT or comparable IT qualification. You work independently and customer-oriented. You are motivated and willing to work in the team. You're enjoying contact with people. You own a class B license. You have good knowledge of German and communicate safely in word and writing.
