Land manager (m/f/d)

In our team services, diverse and demanding tasks await you. You will regularly monitor traffic safety for predominantly undeveloped properties. You shall present factual estimates of damage, dangers and risks to property and the basic assessment of the tendering, implementation and acceptance of measures for the prevention of risks. You commission and control tree protection measures. Together with other colleagues, You ensure the proper and timely processing of tax and fees. Higher education/university training in a suitable field, such as forestry or agriculture, business or real estate, or alternatively training at level 6 of the European Qualifications Framework with multiannual professional practice Qualification for tree control or willingness to obtain qualification Knowledge of relevant legal bases and experiences in cataster and basic accounting Class B driving licence, connected with the readiness to provide regular services safe handling of Microsoft Office and GIS applications
