(m/w/d) in Berlin

At home we are in Cologne-Lindenthal. Here you will work in a comfortable house where 118 residents live in the fully-steady care and 12 guests in the day care facility. In addition, in the immediate vicinity is the residential foundation St. Anna with 76 seniors.

St. Anna belongs to the Seniorenhaus GmbH of Cellitinnen to St. Maria with more than 2500 employees who are working at 24 locations in the regions of Rheinland & Niederrhein, Düren & Eifel, Bad Honnef & Trier, get involved.

Tasks

• You organize the care and design the daily routine in your living area
• They review and promote the quality of care and are committed to their continuous development
• You create and optimize the schedules to ensure smooth running in your team
• They create creative group processes and contribute to a harmonious and cooperative working environment

Your profile

• You bring a professional qualification as a examinated senior or nurse with
• You have successfully completed a training on residential management and can safely apply your skills
• They appreciate the cooperation with members, supervisors and volunteers and value an open and valuable communication
