Qualification: You have completed vocational training in electrical engineering or mechatronics. Alternatively, you are welcome with a corresponding degree in winter 2025/2026. You already bring the master qualification or are ready to acquire it.

Expertise & know-how: Ideally, you bring professional experience in the above-described area of work or you are able to work into new areas of work.

Mobility & flexibility: You have great pleasure developing yourself professionally and personally. You will therefore be happy to complete the professional master training, if not yet available, and the qualification to the company manager BOSeil with our support. The use on weekends, holidays or evenings is a welcome change for you. In addition, you must be height-fit.

Personality & working methods: care and conscience are a matter of course for you. Responsibility, collegial behaviour and openness for training are among your strengths. In addition, you are characterized by a very independent and independent way of working. A high degree of flexibility and initiative are your way of working.
