Technical and disciplinary management of the crisis communication team Conception of crisis communication, for example development, continuous updating and implementation of comprehensive crisis communication strategies and plans, including best practices and current policies Control of external and internal communication in crisis situations Strategic advice of management in all aspects of crisis communication Central contact for media representatives as well as responsible for crisis communication and control of the communication of citizens' requests Close cooperation with internal departments and external authorities and participation in overarching rounds of votes

Graduate/Master (Diplom/Master), preferably in communication science, journalism, public relations, crisis and disaster management, or comparable level of study, knowledge and skills Professional experience in press and public relations, corporate communication or in a press office, ideally in public service or in companies in the transport/infrastructure industry Experience in the professional and disciplinary management of teams and projects Extensive knowledge of modern communication instruments and channels Excellent oral and written expressability in German readiness for high time flexibility, readiness to call and nationwide travel This distinguishes you as a manager: They think in complex contexts and have a pronounced willingness to design, combined with value-adding behavior and self-reflection With emotional intelligence and motivating speech, you understand how to inspire, develop and delegate tasks to your employees.
