Management and supervision of our buildings, land and technical facilities Development of concepts for saving energy and resources and implementing corresponding projects holistic view of all processes of buildings and installations including all building-specific services taking into account laws, guidelines and regulations in the facility sector Examination, application and settlement of funding opportunities Commercial and infrastructural building management: Budget planning, control and control of maintenance and investment as well as cost-effective reporting Coordination and control of foreign companies incl. Complete technical training with training as master or technician in the field of mechanics, building technology, supply technology, electrical engineering or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in building management and/or energy management Knowledge of climate protection, energy management, renewable energies and sustainable mobility Ideal knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 standards Secure handling of MS Office and basic knowledge in SAP Impressed systematic, analytical and overall thinking High self-initiative, self-organisation and sense of responsibility Joy of teamwork and cooperation with various departments Suitable for severely disabled persons, according to the task and request profile
