Complete technical training in the SHK, ideally with additional qualification in MSR and electrical engineering Master (m/w/d) or state-tested technician (m/w/d) with sound knowledge in the area of SHK, MSR or building automation Practical experience in building operations, maintenance, maintenance, acceptance and commissioning of technical building equipment as well as safe handling of relevant technical regulations, operator requirements and safety requirements Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing; safe handling of popular MS Office applications Class B driving licence Self-contained, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation with pronounced hands-on mentality Responsibility, team skills and communication strength
