Implementation of outpatient care in families and with young adults in accordance with §§ 27, 29, 30, 31, 35, 35a para. 1 and 41 SGB VIII Work with adolescents in the self-employment offer: Social pedagogical Representation according to § 27 i. V. § 34, § 36, § 41 Creation and updating of individual help plans Cooperation with caregivers, youth offices, schools, doctors, therapists etc. Case and specialist talks in cooperation in all necessary institutions take over technical-administrative tasks, e.g. participation in the aid plan, documentation related to the aid process
