You take responsibility for the automation and development team. You end things: You analyze, design and implement innovative software components, modules and functions. You communicate directly with your customers: In workshops with the requesting persons you enter what is needed and how it can be implemented. You create solutions through the integration of software components into the existing system landscape including development of software and interfaces. You advise and support IT operations and IT product management in particular in the fields of system integration, process automation and cyber security. You have knowledge of design & fine tuning large language models (LLMs) such as GPT, LLaMA, Opus and Mistral for domain-specific applications. Integration of LLMs via RAG, MCP, Prompt Engineering and Tool Calling. You design and accompany the path from data preparation to training to deployment. You have a completed degree in Computer Science/Economic Informatics or a comparable qualification in a subject area relevant to the written job. Other educational paths or well-founded professional experiences with a similar orientation can also be suitable to meet the requirements of this position. You provide first knowledge of software development methods and processes such as design thinking and SCRUM and software development tools such as e.g. Ansible, Jenkins, Nexus, git. You have first practical experience in object-oriented programming (e.g. Java, C#) and script languages (e.g. Powershell, Python, Javascript). You have first knowledge of data modeling and runtime environments such as Kubernetes, Docker and Ranger. You have experience in the development and deployment of ML models in production environments. In addition, You maintain safe handling of PyTorch, TensorFlow or JAX.
