Payroll Spezialist (m/f/d)

You are in the team for the execution of the fee billing processes supported with SAP incl. the preparatory and refurbishment for our approximately 400 employees. You will be involved in process optimization in the area of Compensation and Benefits. The data collected in the HR field are analyzed and further processed by you. The preparation and creation of reports are also part of the task. In this context, you work closely with the controlling and financial accounting and support in budgeting and financial accounting. Management of the entire topic of occupational pensions, pension provisions is your responsibility. You work closely in the processes of the time economy and support questions.

You score with at least five years of relevant professional experience. As a basis, you can provide a commercial training with a focus on staff and provide sound knowledge of social security and tax law. A safe handling of billing systems (e.g. SAP environment) is of course for you. You are organized as well as analytically in thinking and acting and can take care of yourself, aim- and solution-oriented in a dynamic environment. Your service orientation is reflected in your high reliability, discretion and communication, both in managing executives and with employees and other interfaces.
