♪ Your future task:

• Responsible for troubleshooting and inspection/maintenance in maintenance Lackiererei/Logistik-anlagen im Porsche Werk Leipzig
• Support of conveyor and transport systems, storage equipment and process equipment (ventilation, pump stations etc.)
• Operating management of 10 employees and 15 employees
• Responsibility for employee development and implementation of learning success controls
• Ensuring a uniform technical approach and communication with colleagues
• Planning, organisation and handling of scheduled and unplanned maintenance work with pre- and post-processing (absorption, quality control)
• Development of technical specifications for the procurement of equipment and spare parts
• compliance with work safety regulations and other regulations and workplace regulations
• Instruction of employees according to requirements

Your profile for electricians / mechatronics / mechanic (m/w/d) in maintenance:

• training as a mechatronic, electrician, electronic, (KFZ-) mechanic or similar profession; a further development to the technician/master (m/w/d) is advantageous, but no basic requirement
• Multiannual professional experience in maintenance; first experience in employee management
• Use in the 3-shift model (weekly backward rolling) with weekend inserts (no rolling week)
• Secure handling of MS Office and pronounced IT affinity
• Professional communication and organizational capability
• High level of initiative and sense of responsibility
• Loadability and flexibility
• Embossed customer and service orientation and team skills
