Instrumentation and documentation of operations carried out Providing the operating material and submitting instruments Self-organization and coordination of operating procedures Pre- and post-processing of the operating room and the instruments

Completed training as surgical assistance (OTA) or corresponding surgical training or advanced MfA Knowledge and ideally professional experience in orthopaedics and plastic surgery High expertise and readiness for continuous training Self-responsible, performance-oriented work and team skills A holistic understanding of the work in the interdisciplinary team
