As Consultant POS IT / Kassensysteme (m/w/d) advise and support the BAUHAUS specialist centers and internal specialist departments as an expert in all software-related requests on the topic of point-of-sale (POS) This includes support for requests in the field of national and international cash and cash management systems You create change requirements and remove them As part of the quality assurance, you carry out functional tests for the implemented requirements in case-by-case cases With the view for continuous optimization, you develop the POS systems and their environment and support in the field of user training in newly implemented requirements

Complete study of economic informatics, informatics, BWL or comparable study direction, alternative: completed commercial or technical training in the field of IT, e.g. specialist informatics:in / computer science businessman /-wife Experience in IT project work, like in the environment of POS and/or Retail / Retail Basic understanding of different areas of IT (e.g. networks, Windows, databases, script languages, hardware) Communication strength as well as independent and proactive mode of operation Embossed customer and service orientation Good English and German skills
