Complete studies in the field of business administration, law or economics, ideally with a focus on labour law or comparable Multiannual professional experience in human resources in the industrial environment, ideally in a leadership function focusing on HR Services Funded knowledge and practical experience in the application of common HR systems (especially SAP HCM) and safe handling of Microsoft Office Very good knowledge of pay tax and social security law Expertise in the area of digitalization, automation and use of AI in the HR environment Impressed leadership skills with enforcement and high social competence High self-initiative as well as structured, reliable and targeted work Embossed communication strength and safe occurrence Analytical thinking ability, high learning readiness and rapid understanding Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
