Shift Supervisor Shipping - Logistics / Warehouse Logistics (m/f/d)

You strengthen our shipping team You coordinate deliveries within local regional transport You check and process complaints You monitor the test dates of the fleet You conduct and control the shipping processes in your layer You coordinate and plan the use of employees and secure the optimal resource utilization You monitor compliance with delivery dates, quality and safety standards You guide the team professionally and disciplinaryly and participate in employee talks You quickly solve problems with disorders and bottlenecks

You have a completed training, e.g. as a specialist for warehouse logistics/storage industry From two years on, you will bring professional experience in logistics, preferably in shipping You have strong leadership and communication skills You are resilient and enforceable, even in stressful situations You have good computer skills (SAP, warehouse management systems, MS Office) You work structured, independent and solution-oriented You ideally own a forklift license and the driving license CE You have good knowledge of cargo securing You have good knowledge of German in word and writing You are team-ready, organizational, communication-ready and resilient You are ready for shift work (day/span/night)
