Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Gunzenhausen You help executives develop forward-looking manufacturing and logistics strategies by using BPS-specific planning methods such as value flow planning, bottleneck analyses and KPI-Trees in a targeted manner and ensuring their topicality. Together with the executives, you conduct specific fields of action and implement them in effective system-CIP projects to promote continuous improvement. You actively pass on your knowledge and coach both executives and employees comprehensively within the Business Production System (BPS). To unlock new potentials, you design and moderate cross-departmental improvement workshops that create innovative solutions. The further development of the BPS principles and elements, such as 5S and TPM, at the Gunzenhausen site is your responsibility. You carefully prepare BPS assessments for all value flows and perform them independently. In addition, you train executives and workshop employees in the area of BPS to strengthen their skills.

Education: completed engineering studies or a comparable qualification experience and know-how: several years of professional experience in production, logistics or in the near-product environment; knowledge of order processing according to ETO; BPS / Lean Management; Experience in project work and moderation; ideally programming knowledge and interest and affinity for AI applications in the production environment Personality and mode of operation: You manage to convey complex facts clearly and you bring yourself into projects with a lot of self-initiative, always keeping the whole thing in mind and acting independently Languages: very good German and English in word and writing
