As a machine operator (m/w/d) for the blasting system, you are an indispensable part of the team that processes high-quality castings and ensures first-class results. In a dynamic 3-layer operation, you can complete your skills while taking care of the professional loading, processing and unloading of the parts. • You will equip the suspensions of the power and free system with black casting and clear them after the blast.
• You place the parts to be machined on transport containers, including activities such as indoor rays, cleaning and testing the castings.
• You set the beam times according to specifications and the installed program and maintain the quality guidelines.
• You release castings of core sand and blasting agent and do this by manipulation.
• You'll check the manipulator and make sure everything goes perfectly.

We are looking for

We are looking for a dedicated person who is willing to take responsibility. Ideally, you already have experience in the metal sector and work independently. If you also have a stacker certificate, you are well equipped for this task. Read on and find out if you are the ideal addition to the team!

• You have several years of professional experience in the metalworking sector or training as a construction machine.
• You trade autonomously and responsibly and draw a high level of reliability.
• You bring ready use as well as a structured way of working.
• You have a chipper license (a crane license is advantageous).
• You're ready to work in the 3-shift system.
