You report directly to the head of production and are responsible for monitoring and optimising the current production processes. Their role includes both disciplinary and professional leadership tasks. Your main tasks include: Monitoring and control of ongoing production to ensure smooth operation. Professional and disciplinary leadership and development of the production team to maximize efficiency and quality. Responsibility for performing pre-series and test orders. Identification and implementation of process optimizations to increase productivity. Control of maintenance and repair work. Constant improvement of production processes.
