You work with us in the field of TGA electrical engineering directly in the project and are in close cooperation with the project and construction management. You combine technical understanding with a good view of numbers and processes in the project. You create and check dimensions in the field of electrical engineering based on plans, performance directories and construction site data You support the billing of construction and electrical work You are reviewing and evaluating the scales of entrepreneurs You work together with the project management in cost tracking, cost control and cost forecasting You perform target/actual comparisons and analyze deviations You support VOB-compliant documentation and project-related correspondence You agree with construction management, project management and external partners

You have a commercial or technical training with appropriate professional experience You have ideally already had to do with building billing, scale, project calculation or cost control Alternatively, you come from the electric craft and have an interest in the commercial side of projects You can safely handle MS Office, especially Excel You understand how construction projects run – on paper and ideally also in practice You think entrepreneurial and have a good feeling for costs You can rely on you – you work responsibly and clean You like to work in the team and communicate clearly and directly You pack things independently and work structured and reliable You also keep an overview on several topics and remain practical and solution-oriented
