In the “Kastanienhof” Old Aid Centre, we offer 78 people in need of care a home according to the principle of the home community. Lovely care and professional care and support are our goal.

We are looking for motivated nursing assistants (m/w/d) for our team at the "Kastanienhof" Centre in Niederwiesa.

** These are your tasks with us:**

• Everyday visit: They support our residents in getting up, dressing and daily body care.
• Nutrition: They help you get food and drinks.
• Community: They have an open ear, accompany you on walks and give joy to life.
• Document: They hold important observations in a short and comprehensible manner.

**This brings you with:**

• Heart & empathy: They are happy to deal with older and needy people.
• Reliability: They are team-ready, punctual and psychologically resilient.
• Flexibility: The willingness to shift and weekend services is not a problem for you.
• Language: They speak well German (at least level B1 for documentation and agreements).
• Formales: A simple guide certificate and a valid vaccination protection (e.g. measles) are provided.
