The drinking water for 400,000 people in the region is of the best quality and a healthy thirst quencher. Various heat and cold services as well as contracting and consulting are promising new business areas. Investment in renewable energies and the expansion of district heating are Karlsruhe contributions to the energy transition. You are the central customer contact point and take over customer communication as well as customer advice via all input channels (telephone, email, ticket system) You coordinate projects, check and prioritize enquiries and projects, clarify and organize agreements with project participants and conduct regular work meetings You plan the use of resources, dispose and monitor jobs and human resources, create resource forecasts and prepare the work for Monteur:in front of You accompany commercial, control stocks and material orders (SAP), check work records, monitor projects and are system-based for the ticket system (Matrix42) You first set up key figures for project controlling and work on the further development of IT systems for digitization and process optimization

You have a degree in commercial or technical IT/telecommunication environment or comparable qualifications You have demonstrable experience in project coordination and strategic resource planning, including prioritization and control You have knowledge of SAP and ticket systems (e.g. Matrix42) and have experience in telecommunications and IT processes You think analytical, are an organizational talent and strong communication You have a high customer orientation and team skills
