The purpose of the society lies in the secure, ecologically and socially responsible housing supply of broad layers of the population while taking account of economic objectives. Our business areas are primarily the management of affordable living space with approx. 9,000 apartments, the construction business and the construction activity for their own stock. For our headquarters in Frankfurt am Main we are looking for one: Projekttwickler (m/w/d) Focus: land acquisition, concept development, construction law acquisition and economic audit

Identification, evaluation and safeguarding of suitable land or land Building and analysis and purchase of properties Development of first urban and architectural concept studies as well as examination of various construction variants Examination of structural conditions, close coordination with local authorities and control of B-plan procedures Creation of planning and feasibility studies as well as cost-effectiveness analyses also taking into account support programs and secured construction costs, coordination of architects and specialist planners Examination of technical risks as part of purchases and preparation and negotiation of purchase and construction contracts Preparation of decision-relevant documents for bodies as well as support of the projects up to handover to the construction phase (including interface coordination)

Complete study of architecture, urban or spatial planning or comparable disciplines Additional economic qualification as a real estate economy Multiannual experience in project development, ideally in housing construction or in stock development Ability to develop first concept studies and building variants independently (urban and functional) Safe handling of construction planning procedures, economic calculations and CAD, e.g. Allplan Interest in social urban development and community-oriented work Empathic, communicative and binding appearance as well as the ability to motivate teams Pleasure of strategic thinking, active co-design and cooperation with dedicated people
