You are responsible for the complete product/functional lifecycle of hardware and software. Think completely: The systematic monitoring and analysis of market, competition and customer needs is your responsibility. This guides trends, product requirements, product strategy and the future product portfolio. You can successfully position your products on the market. Reliable implementation: In addition, you are responsible for coordinating and prioritizing software and hardware development tasks. You are convinced by clear requirements and structuring of the tasks as well as by predictive planning. Living in cooperation: You work team-oriented with various areas, including hardware and software development, UX/UI designers, marketing, sales, service, logistics, purchasing and finance, as well as the business owner and management. Empowerment: In addition, you enable marketing, sales and service to act successfully on the market by offering presentations and practical training. Education: You will bring a completed university degree in economics, economic engineering or UX/UI design. Alternatively, you have a degree in building, supply technology or the like with additional economic qualification. You may even have completed a craft training in one of the technical fields mentioned before your studies. Personality: As a “mask” with high self-motivation, you trade independently, entrepreneurially and profit-oriented. You are convinced by organisational and planning strength, but also by enforcement. Customers and their needs are the focus for you. At the same time, you are reliable and a good team player. Working method: Your work is structured and efficient. A high level of readiness and customer orientation characterize you. Thanks to your coordination skills, you are able to keep many balls in the air at the same time. You can easily structure complex facts orally as in writing, as well as represent them clearly. You always communicate with the different stakeholders at eye level. Experience and know-how: You already have several years of relevant professional experience in the operational product management of smart solutions and/or in the HVAC or Energy sector collected. In the B2C business, you feel at home. Your knowledge about the development process of software, ideally hardware, you have already applied in practice. In market and competitive analyses, you are methodically fit and in the product market. Languages: We require very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
