Credit Manager Real Estate Frankfurt (m/f/d)

Analysis of credit and collateral contracts and, where appropriate, Participation in meetings and contract negotiations with lawyers and consortial banks / agents Building on this: Creation and maintenance of “Deal Data Sheets” (Fiche de focusnement) for existing and new transactions In close consultation with the analysts:

• investment customer admin details / customer accounts
• Continuous input and maintenance of financing in all Middle Office Tools (Fusion Midas)
• Processing of payment requirements (CPs/CSs) as part of new business
• Monitoring the contractual obligations within the meaning of financial codes (Financial Covenants)
• Monitoring, tracking and documentation of payment processes of external service providers Transfer of relevant information to Back Office, coordination of credit disbursement

Successfully completed studies in economics or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in the field of credit support as well as initial experience with structured financing and real estate Affinity for IT systems and excellent analytical skills Own initiative and commitment Good language skills in German and English are required; French language skills are advantageous
