M&A Manager/Associate with a focus on buy-and-build, insurance broker (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated M&A Manager / Associate (m/w/d) with 2–5 years of professional experience that wants to develop in a dynamic transaction environment.

As part of our M&A team, you will support the entire transaction process and gradually take more responsibility depending on your previous knowledge and experience. You work closely with the Head of M&A and internal and external stakeholders in this position. Support for screening and analysis of potential target companies Creation of market and competition analyses Participation in financial models and corporate assessments Support in coordinating due diligence processes Preparation of presentations and decision templates for management and investor Accompanying contract and closing processes

2–5 years of relevant professional experience, e.g. in Corporate Development; Transaction Advisory; Corporate finance; audit; Investment Banking (Analyst Level) Solid knowledge in financial modeling and corporate assessment Very good analytical skills and numerical affinity Structured and reliable operation Team orientation and high learning readiness Very good knowledge of German and English
