Machine and plant operator food production (m/f/d)

As a machine and plant manager (m/w/d), you are responsible for setting up, operating and monitoring production facilities in multilayer operation. You ensure compliance with quality, safety and hygiene standards and actively contribute to a smooth production process. Set up, start, operate and monitor production plants Repair of malfunctions, fine adjustment of machines during continuous production Implementation of cleaning and set-up operations on machines and in the production environment providing, filling and equipping the plants with raw materials Coordination of the storage and disposal of raw materials and production materials Implementation of in-process controls, documentation and communication to the layer management Classification of assigned personnel at the production line Compliance with all relevant safety, hygiene and safety requirements

Complete vocational training, e.g. as a machine and plant leader:in, specialist for confectionery technology or specialist for food technology First professional experience in food production or plant operation desirable Technical understanding and quality and hygiene awareness Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Ready for shift and weekend work Teamability, structured working and very good communication skills
